Our Commitment to Craft
At Rhodri Furniture, each piece is individually handcrafted from solid timber and made to order. We take pride in producing enduring furniture designed to last for generations.
As an Australian business, our work is supplied with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
Made to Order
Each Rhodri Furniture piece is crafted specifically for its owner.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Preferences regarding grain selection, tone, or natural variation
We encourage clients to review dimensions, finishes, and specifications carefully prior to confirming their order. We are always available to assist before production begins.

Solid timber is a living material. Its character is what gives handcrafted furniture its depth, warmth, and individuality.
When purchasing from Rhodri Furniture, you acknowledge that:

Colour may vary from website imagery or samples

Timber responds to changes in humidity and temperature

Subtle movement, checking, or tonal evolution may occur over time
These qualities are inherent to authentic solid timber and are not considered defects under the ACL. They are part of the material’s integrity and story.
If There Is a Problem
While every piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch, if you believe your furniture has a defect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at:

Transit & Delivery
If your furniture is damaged in transit:
